For the last four years, the Carolina Ballet has partnered with local restaurants and bars to celebrate the season with custom “Nutcracker”-themed desserts and cocktails.
Here at The Haymaker, we’re delighted to participate and always look forward to creating a new seasonal cocktail for our neighbors at Carolina Ballet. (Did you know many of their performances take place at nearby Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts?)
This year, our celebratory cocktail is dubbed, “Urban Legend”, and we’ve made it with Fernet-Branca, Solerno blood orange, house ginger syrup, house passion fruit syrup, lemon, and lime. Come out and give it a try and get into the holiday spirit at The Haymaker!
